My name is Eric Bogle, proud Owner and Certified Pool Operator of Beautifully Blue Pools and Spas LLC. Growing up, my parents had a pool, and many of my favorite memories were made gathering around that pool. I own my own pool and spa to keep those cherished traditions alive with my own family. I know firsthand the time, challenges, and costs involved in maintaining a clean and enjoyable pool environment. That is why I am committed to going above and beyond to ensure that your pool ownership experience is safe, affordable, and stress-free. We will start by taking inventory of your pool equipment, testing your current water chemistry, and working together with you, the customer, to create a service and/or maintenance plan tailored to your needs and budget.

You will be assigned a personal professional tech that will handle all your service needs. Giving you a personalized customer experience that you deserve and can trust.
- Pre-service consultation appointment
- Inventory your pool/spa equipment.
- Make sure the plumbing is labeled.
- Make sure the equipment is running appropriately.
- Size the pool in gallons
- Test your pool water levels for pH, Free Chlorine, Combined Chlorine, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, CYA, Salt (For SWG Type Pools), and calculate your CSI Levels.
- Discuss options for chemical adjustments and pool additives.

What goes into your pool/spa matters! We only use quality products that are certified with NSF/ANSI 50 stamp.
- Water Adjustments and Equipment
- All water testing is done using Taylor Water Test kits. The most accurate and trusted water testing kits around.
- All chemical adjustments are made using high quality products that are NSF / ANSI 50 Stamped.
- Chemical adjustments are limited to ensure a safe swimming environment.
- All chemical adjustments will be communicated with the customer through the service report that is emailed at the end of each visit.

- Our Commitment To You
- All techs will adhere to the appointment requests appropriately in a timely manner. When you set an appointment on our calendar, we will meet you at that time.
- Weekly services will have set appointment dates. You will receive a message when your tech is on the way to your location and a message when the tech has finished.
- All techs are professionally certified and trained to handle the services that you are needing.
Communication
Great communication is the bedrock of any successful relationship, and that's especially true when it comes to our customers. We're committed to keeping you informed every step of the way, providing clear, concise, and timely updates so you always know what to expect. Our goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and confident in every interaction with us.

- Each customer is assigned a dedicated professional tech that will handle all your service needs.
- Each tech has a dedicated phone that you can text and/or call during business hours to address any of your pool service needs.
- After each service you will be emailed a detailed report of the services performed along with pictures, and any recommendations that need to be addressed.
- Digital reports will also be kept on our servers for 1 year if you ever need to file a pool warranty claim with your builder.
